It is your own business what you look up on the internet and what you take out of the library and not some one else. That the government does not know is that it will create mass hystaria and lose of all control of citizens. In this others have different ideas and/or thoughts of the government.

    In American history the belief that obscenity is on a personal belief level and that it depends on how people feel about different kinds of media is true. It depends on what media you percieve as the  artistic and what is obscenity. The idea of obscenity is subjectve it does not depend on a court definition but on how people feel about the media.
