Parents have the Right
I feel that parents do have rights which allow them to inform their children on controversial topics. Someone who may hold different values than the childs parents could give an influence in which the parents wouldn't agree nor appreciate. Having other views on a topic isn't neccessarily a bad thing but i believe the parents have the right to introduce the subject or be the first ones to have talked in depth about it with their children. Some schools do not have a drug program so they will never be taught.

Assignment #2
I believe that the patriot act is a good thing. It allows the government to have a better handle on national security. How would you feel if someone you were close to died because of an event that could have been resolved by having the government to read your emails or listen to your phone conversations. I strongly believe that there should not be a question when it comes to the patriot act because I fell that you shouldn’t have a reason to worry if you are not doing something wrong or suspected of something.
