there is a fine line betwixt what is obcenity and what is not but this line moves forward and backwards through out time for example greek statues that have the person "Sky clad" was not seen as a tabbo thing till the Christan revolution, and in todays world people swear and cuss all the time, witch would have never happend in the fiftys., and if a bunch of old, unattached, governmet lackies think they can decide what is good and what is bad for us to see they are very ,..wrong and are fooling them selfs to think that people will actully think they are serious, people do illigal things all the time and get away with it, this is not justifing wrong doings angenst the general pulblic but it is saying the people know what they want, for example on the airplane this moring i look at the news paper that was handed to me and it had an open free poll with the poll takes comments on a formally taboo subject, that in the 40's people would have written strongley worded ltters and the world would have been turned upside-down, and the subject of this poll was the aceptablity of pornography in todays open society, now of course this hass little to do with banned books or challenged books but it dose have a statement for things that could have, should have or would haveed ben's of the banned for the what the judicial system of america must think of there dumb, slow, idot Citazens
