Artistic value can be defined in many ways and one is obscenity. Artistic value is a subjective concept because people it can be shown as offensive to some people but not all. That is the what i think about artistic value.

Yes i agree with author because i don't think government agencies should have surveillance on everything. The reason is that it goes against the first 10 amendments. It would go against freedom of speech.
