Well, if parents wanted to teach there children about things they cover in school, then why dont they just home school them. And if they wanted to just tell their kids about drug use, or rape, or sex then do it before the kids go to school. Because once a kid goes to school, they are surrounded by controversy about all of those subjects. So, I dont think I have a direct answer to the question. If the parents wants to tell the child themselves, then do it before they have health classes that cover those subjects.

Yes, i do agree with the author that the USA Patriot Act poses as a danger to freedoms outlined by the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights includes freedom of speech and freedom of press. But is the government doesn't like what you have said, the Patriot Act gives them the right to tap your phone lines, follow you, and search your history. This is totally against what the Bill of Rights states and sets down. It invades our privacy, that we are allowed to have.
