I agree that parents should check the books that their kids are reading because they could be bad for the kids depending on their age. I dont think that parents should always check the book at the age of about 10 or 11 depending on machurity. i believe that parents have the right to say if the book is good or not for them. It might  not be the best suggestion for them but thay have the right to do that but i also think that kids have thr right to seek any information that they want. I also think that if a kid brings up a subject that he or she wants to learn about then let them because they already know what their looking for and if they cant read about it then they will just ask their parents and find out that way.
