Yes i agree with the authors argument that the US Patriot Act is a danger to our freedoms given to us in the Bill Of Rights. In the Bill Of Rights we have individaul rights, so the government can't go against this and change the laws they made. This act is giving powers to government agencies to conduct domestic surveillance such as investigating the books and our internet usage. The government is denying our free choice as consumers.

The concept of artistic value is subjective because everyone always has their own opinions on what might be artistic or not. Artistic value is a very contravertial topic because not one person is the same everyone is different, so not one person is always thinking the same as another. So this topic is very subjective.
